We will assign one Ascend representative to take care of your account. Besides, an experienced team will be deployed to take care of the logistical and technical details of your rental needs.
Our strict recruitment standards ensure that our technicians have years of experience in their field and they have to undergo our in-house training program before they become our full-fledged technicians. That is why our clients find our technicians knowledgeable and approachable.
Our warehouse is stocked with a variety of state-of-the-art equipment in large quantities. We have audio-visual equipment, computers and computer accessories, office equipment, and networking equipment. To keep our inventory up-to-date, we constantly add new items to offer our clients more choices.
Our equipment can be configured to suit your preferences. For our computer systems, we can pre-load your required programs before delivering to you. Our pre-loading service comes at no additional cost to you.
We value privacy! All computer systems are reformatted once they are returned to us so that your data will not be disseminated without your knowledge. Likewise, when you rent a computer from us, you can be assured that we will install a new copy of the operating system and new installations of the programs you need. What you will get is a fresh desktop system each time you rent from us.
Before we deliver the equipment to you, our equipment will have to pass our checks to make sure that it is in good working condition before being packed.
Even if our equipment has to pass through our checkpoints before being handed over to you, sometimes the equipment just refuse to co-operate during the event. If this happens, don’t panic. Give us a call immediately and we will exchange the rebellious equipment for a working one within 4 hours of your call.
Whether you need to rent our equipment for a couple of hours, a day, a week, a month or a year, we will not pose any restrictions on the period of rental.
As part of our value-adding service, we will deliver to local addresses during office hours at no charge. We will also provide you with free set-up for our equipment and teardown during office hours at no additional cost to you.
We know that sometimes, to fit into your own logistics schedule, you require our equipment to be delivered earlier than on the day of your event. It is ok with us. We offer free early delivery services during office hours, up to three days prior to the start of your event, at no additional rental charge.
