1. Can I rent your equipment for personal use? As our business focus is on providing equipment for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Events) industry, and for corporate use, we do not lease out equipment for home or individual use.

2. Is there a minimum and maximum period of rental? Our rental period can be customized to cater to your needs. Hence we will not pose a restriction on the period of rental.

3. What if I am keen in a particular type of equipment or set up that is not shown in the equipment list As we constantly add new equipment to our inventory, it will be better if you can give us a call to see if we have the equipment you require.

4. Are there any extra charges for delivery and set-up? No, no extra charges at all for delivery during office hours. Not only do we offer free local delivery during office hours, we will also allow our equipment to be delivered to you, up to three days earlier, at no additional rental charge. We see it as part of our service not to charge you any extras for the set-up and collection during office hours too.

5. I am not very good with computers; can I have a technician to be on standby during my event? We will be glad to assign our professional technicians to be of support to you during your event. You can leave all the technical trouble-shooting to our technicians and have more time for other aspects of your event.

6. I would like to refresh my store’s look and feel to enhance my customers’ shopping experience. How do I begin? If you have a ready concept, our consultant can work with the design blueprint and propose the list of equipments to achieve the kind of effect you desire. If you do not have any concept in mind, we can also help to suggest the suitable equipments to enhance the sound & visual experience of your store.

7. Should there be any technical problems with the equipment that I have purchased, how can I service it? Most of the equipment comes with an optional maintenance contract, which means that you can notify us for assistance should you experience technical problems on the equipments.

8. We have overseas retail outlets that require the installation. Will you be able to assist? Our strong network of partners that are located overseas allows us to provide our service to clients who own outlets internationally. So we can provide you with a one-stop solution should you require installations for your overseas outlets and ensuring consistency in its look and feel.
